Health and Safety advisor with over 25 years electrical and mechanical engineering experience with a proven track record for producing results.  Adopting a practical "hands on" to safety and engineering, utilising a wide range of skills to meet timescale and budget constraints within a highly pressurised working environment.

Martin has worked in high volume manufacturing environments for Intel, Motorola and National Semiconductors. Working on TPM pojects to produce tangible benefits on production efficiency.

Effective use of project management and leading teams including: safety, quality and cost reduction improvements.  Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels, exceptional presentation and teaching skills.
