Lennie Sym

Lennie is an excellent trainer/teacher and facilitator of learning.  His role is to design training; assist people to learn by facilitating that learning; and to make them want to come back for more.  He has been involved in management development and training since 1984. This has involved him developing prospective business people; and mentoring managers and facilitating team development within ambitious and expanding companies.

He has worked within universities and with companies from a variety of industry sectors and has designed and delivered training across a wide spectrum of topic areas. 

Lenny is currently designing and delivering management training within the social care sector, for the Registered Managers Award as well as assessing management competence within that VQ framework. In addition he is accredited by the ILM to deliver and assess coaching competence to VQ level 7. He has recently been certified to deliver Situational Leadership, Coaching Achievement & Leading Success. Lenny is also a tutor within the Open University on their MBA programme as well as being a part-time lecturer at Robert Gordon University.
