Ken is an Associate Director of Pragmatique working in its Process, Purpose and Performance practices. Ken specialises in the development of business models, structures, policies and processes to enable business growth.

Prior to working with Pragmatique, Ken had twenty-four years as a Senior Manager in Corporate Banking & Finance, in both operational and strategic roles. Working with a wide variety of organisations both in the public & private sector inlcluding manufacturing, construction, transport, leisure and the professions . He has significant experience in delivering growth through client relationship and business development.

By working closely at Executive level with clients, he has developed practical solutions to many complex customer requirements. He has led change projects which have involved the development of new operating models, structures, processes and policies which have supported growth strategies and business development.

Ken holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh where he specialised in business strategy, marketing and finance. Ken is also an EFQM Assessor, Business Benchmark Advisor and NLP Practitioner

Outside work Ken enjoys golf, music and is passionate about cooking.
