Gordon Stewart

 Gordon is a Director of Pragmatique, working in its Projects & Purpose practices and specialising in implementing Project, Programme and Project Risk Management into organisations. Gordon holds a BEng (Hons) and an MBA with distinction from the University of Strathclyde Business School, where he specialised in Corporate Strategy making.  Gordon is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt, a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and is a member of the Project Management Institute.

Prior to Pragmatique, Gordon's career spanned IBM, Compaq and Bombardier Transportation, laterally as Director of Project & Risk Management, with global responsibility for Risk & Project Managment implementation and training.  He has a broad range of experience in the Electronics, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, & Transportation sectors.  Gordon also has extensive international experience both working and living in Europe, Canada, Far East, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
 
Gordon believes that almost all changes and improvements in an organisation evolve around people and so designs all his interventions whether they be Project, Risk, Strategy or Performance improvements around helping people discover new beliefs, values and attitudes.  Thus not only implementing the new improved ways of working but ensuring that they are sustainable within the organisation.

Outside of work Gordon enjoys his family, playing Hockey and Golf, watching Football and Formula 1 and finally learning!
