Anjana Doshi

Anjana is an Associate Director of Pragmatique working in its Process, Purpose and Performance practices. She specialises in Process and Business Performance Improvement, Organisation Change and Management Development

Anjana holds a PhD, MSc and BSc in Engineering from the University of Manchester and the University of Brighton.

Prior to working with Pragmatique, Anjana as held a number of senior management positions in a variety of business sectors and has extensive international experience working and living in the USA, Asia, Europe, and Africa with Blue Chip organisations in  sectors including Petrochemical, Construction, Life Sciences, Health, Oil and Gas, Nuclear Decommissioning, Manufacturing, Public and Digital Sectors.

Her experiences include the following roles: Sales and Marketing Director with a Knowledge Management Software development company; Partner in a internal consultancy within ICI; Practice leader and Senior Management Consultant in Atos Origin; Strategic Business Planner in ICI's energy planning group.

Anjana has worked with  management teams from board level, planning strategic transformations to first line supervisors, considering and implementing pragmatic changes in operational environments. Her skills and extensive experience surface through a pragmatic style of action based coaching and facilitation that promotes the best participatory behaviours with particular emphasis on ensuring clarity, accountability, and sustainability.

Outside of work Anjana enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends experimenting with exotic cuisines and entertaining.
