Andy Stables

Andy Stables is a demonstrably successful and enthusiastic senior manufacturing engineering manager, with a track record in delivering innovative Lean Manufacturing solutions in a fast moving high volume business environment.

Working in the semiconductor industry Andy has worked on layout, TPM, SMED and OEE projects.  Andy is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a vast experience of delivering shopfloor improvement projects.

He has extensive experience in people management, change management and Lean.  He routinely works with all levels of the organization, covering longer term strategy, operations and tactical day to day management.  His experience is complemented by both a technical degree and a business degree.
