Solution
A series of world class assessment tools are used together to produce a rich and detailed view of the organisations strengths and areas for improvement.
Benchmark Index: Utilising the organisations accounts and management data we produce a report comparing the organisations performance across a range of areas with other organisation in their competitive data set using their SIC code.
Through analysis of the data to establish cause and effect relationships we can establish realistic targets across the identified areas for improvement.
Wave Innovation Assessment: The report provides an assessment of company strengths and weaknesses related to assessment. It has segments on knowledge management, future readiness, technology, innovation strategy, quality, customer satisfaction and workforce innovation and includes recommendations, developed in discussion with company executives.
WAVE™ provides a comprehensive review of company performance, intellectual capital and how well you utilise innovation, knowledge, quality and technology. Based on the self-assessment questionnaire it also outputs a series of recommended actions for specific improvements.
EFQM Business Excellence Assessment: The EFQM Business excellence model assesses an organisation across 5 enablers and 4 results sections using organisational best practice across assessed from thousands of companies each of these areas to produce a score.
Using a mixture of self-assessment, focus groups and structured interviews each area is assessed using the RADAR format which evaluates the Approach, Deployment, Assessment and Review and whether the expected results are seen.
Combining the information from the Benchmark report and the Wave assessment each area of the business is assessed and scored according to the model.
Benefits
The integrated assessment combines self-assessment, perception based information and quantitative data to create a rich report on the strengths and areas for improvement within the organisation.
With over 50 assessments across multiple sectors and small to multi-national companies completed in the last 3 years Pragmatique have established a detailed knowledge of business issues that impact on performance.
