We have structured our Services around our 'The 5P Pragmatique Way ©:' Business Model. Our model has been derived from extensive research and experience to produce a format which you will find as you read through it is:
The model is as follows
Purpose : Essentially this helps you work out why you are in business (Your Mission), where you want to go (Your Vision), how you want to get there (Your Strategies) and what is important to you along the way there (Your Values)
Process : in order to run a business you will need processes. We will help you define them, implement them or improve them. Which ever your need is.
Project : all businesses have projects. Whether they are Capital Expenditure Projects, Business Change Projects, Business Improvement Projects. We have a track record in helping our client deliver projects and implement Project Management methodology into their business.
Performance : How well are you performing? Do you really know? We will help you know. We can help you assess how you are performing against your equivalent industry sector companies. We can help you identify your priority areas to significantly improve your business performance in. We will find areas for performance improvement in your business you never knew could be improved!
People : In some ways this should be added to each of the 4P's above. Everything you do involves people. Everything we do with you involves people! We offer individual, team and organizational development coaching and training in a number of areas. More importantly though, in all of our interventions, whether it is Purpose, Process, Project or Performance, we think from the people side first and always develop your people as part of the improvement process.
