- Our workshops can be delivered as a standalone module to focus on a particular area of your business or as part of an integrated programme. Our workshops are not designed to train but are designed to educate and change people's mindsets, to ensure that the new capability you are investing in results in embedded and sustainable change in behaviours. Our programmes can be used to support the award of nationally recognised qualification in Business Improvement Techniques across all levels of your organisation.

- The most important aspect of our content is that we use real life and live examples from your business to illustrate the techniques to the participants. We work with you before the workshops to identify suitable issues that will enable the participants to make an immediate connection between theory and practice. This level of engagement helps to ensure that the learning's from our workshops are sustainable and your organisation benefits immediately from your investment
- Materials
- Our material is designed to be used by participants as a core reference on the subject. Workbooks are written in a style that captures the key points of the theory and contain examples that can be used as quick reminders in the future. Participants will typically receive a workbook and a CD containing the presentation material and any additional reference material. We capture the outputs from the workshops and provide them to you in a suitable format for sharing and reuse.
