How to use Wave®
Wave® Innovation & Growth assessments are for companies with 10 to 500 employees.
One-off assessments can be done at any time, by individuals or small groups of managers.
Facilitated reviews involve 3 assessment sessions:
- A half hour assessment by the leader of the business
- A session by another group of up to ten managers
- A review session for all, where differences of opinion are resolved, leading to agreement and alignment on action priorities.
The full review can be carried in a single day or as a number of session. Your facilitator helps you to focus on issues and differences and improve the quality of discussion and decision making.
