Benchmarking your Performance
The performance of our organisations only becomes truly meaningful when we compare it to others. This is the very essence of competition and failure to look at others means we are at best surviving and definitely not competing.
The Benchmarking process uses a simple data collection form with full explanation of the terms and where the data should come from.
Complimenting your organisations financial data with management information we create a report that enables you to get a much deeper understanding of your businesses strengths and weaknesses, because it compares your business performance with that of your peers, based on more than 70 performance indicators, from the four fundamental business scorecard areas of Finance, Process, Customers and Learning & Growth.
EFQM Business Excellence Assessment
The EFQM Business Excellence Model is framework that allows you to compare your organisations performance in nine key areas against recognised best practice. As a diagnostic tool the Excellence Model is a non-prescriptive framework allowing it to be adapted for all sectors and sizes of organisations.
Through a combination of interviews and focus groups we use the model to get under the skin of your organisation and make sure you are "walking the talk".
Assessments take from one day to several days depending on the size of your organisation and depth you wish covered.

One-off assessments can be done at any time, by individuals or small groups of managers. Facilitated reviews involve 3 assessment sessions:
- A half hour assessment by the leader of the business
- A session by another group of up to ten managers
- A review session for all, where differences of opinion are resolved, leading to agreement and alignment on action priorities.
