Setting the Boundaries
- Creating a strong team or organisational culture

Ken Blanchard in his famous book 'One Minute Manger' says ... 'a river without banks is a pond and a team or organisation without ground rules is never going to run in the same direction.' Imposing rules on a team or organisation will have limited success and requires a lot of time and energy to impose. By getting your team or organisation to establish the behavioural norms that support the values of their team or organisation, these norms effortlessly just become the way things are done.
Bullying and harassment claims and the vicarious liability that organisations have for protecting their people from any sort of discrimination are potentially very costly. Claims for the latter in have no financial upper limit.
This skillfully facilitated intervention will ensure that everyone in the organisation is clear where the boundaries are with regard to acceptable behaviour and then encourages them to define and sign up to the behaviours that support the organisations' values.
